- 1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)

- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Chop your sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
- Season the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, then roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Heat the black beans in a small pot over medium heat until warmed through.
- Combine the roasted sweet potatoes with the black beans and add lime juice if desired.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with avocado, cilantro, or feta cheese.
