Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ones and stir gently.
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes
Don’t overmix the batter; lumps are good! Keep pancakes warm in the oven while cooking.
