Description

Delicious low-carb wraps packed with cheesy, garlicky goodness, perfect for a quick and easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce Leaves, for wrapping
  • Optional Add-Ins: Red Pepper Flakes, Sliced Olives, Cilantro or Parsley

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by cooking it (grilling, baking, or sautรฉing). Shred if starting from raw or use rotisserie chicken.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Wrap a large lettuce leaf around a generous scoop of the chicken filling, adding the remaining shredded cheese and any optional ingredients.
  4. Roll up the lettuce wrap tightly and enjoy!
