Ingredients

- 2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Lettuce Leaves, for wrapping
- Optional Add-Ins: Red Pepper Flakes, Sliced Olives, Cilantro or Parsley
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by cooking it (grilling, baking, or sautรฉing). Shred if starting from raw or use rotisserie chicken.
- Mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Wrap a large lettuce leaf around a generous scoop of the chicken filling, adding the remaining shredded cheese and any optional ingredients.
- Roll up the lettuce wrap tightly and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize wraps with taco seasoning, Mediterranean ingredients, or BBQ sauce for different flavor profiles.
