Description

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sautรฉ the turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the veggies and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they are crisp.
  3. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, mix well, and let simmer for another minute.
