Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines savory garlic and zesty parmesan to create a flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Pat your chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the garlic butter all over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  6. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
  7. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a twist, add mozzarella or feta cheese before serving. You can also sprinkle red pepper flakes for heat.
