- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Pat your chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic butter all over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
- Pop it in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a twist, add mozzarella or feta cheese before serving. You can also sprinkle red pepper flakes for heat.
