Description

Elevate your dinner with this crispy, flaky salmon drizzled in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • Chili Flakes (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Add sesame oil and chili flakes (if desired) to the mixture.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  6. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and press gently.
  7. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  8. Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over the top.
  9. Let cook for another 3-4 minutes, spooning the glaze over occasionally.
  10. Transfer the salmon to a serving plate and drizzle with remaining glaze.

Notes

Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for presentation.
