- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 minced Garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- Chili Flakes (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Add sesame oil and chili flakes (if desired) to the mixture.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and press gently.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over the top.
- Let cook for another 3-4 minutes, spooning the glaze over occasionally.
- Transfer the salmon to a serving plate and drizzle with remaining glaze.
Notes
Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for presentation.
