Description
Chewy white chocolate maple cookies made with real maple syrup and buttery sweetness.
Ingredients
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
2. Mix butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until smooth.
3. Add egg, yolk, and vanilla; mix well.
4. Fold in dry ingredients until combined.
5. Stir in white chocolate chips (and nuts if using).
6. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 mins.
7. Cool on rack and enjoy warm.
Notes
Use real maple syrup for best flavor. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
