Description

Soft, chewy, and festive – these White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies are perfect for Christmas or any day you need a sweet pick-me-up.


Ingredients

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup butter, softened

¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

¾ cup dried cranberries


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

3. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

4. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

5. Stir in dry ingredients until combined.

6. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.

7. Chill dough for 30 minutes.

8. Scoop onto lined baking sheet and bake 9–11 minutes.

Notes

Chill dough for thicker cookies.

Add orange zest for a flavor twist.

Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
