1 handful chopped walnuts or almonds
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Place honey in a small bowl or cup.
2. Add chopped nuts and stir gently.
3. Squeeze in lemon juice and mix.
4. Enjoy by the spoonful or stir into warm water/tea.
Notes
Best enjoyed once daily.
Not recommended for children under 1 year old.
