Description

A quick pre-meal gelatin drink or soft cubes made with unflavored gelatin, water, and lemon or ACV to promote satiety and calm cravings.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

1/2 cup cold water (for blooming)

1/2 cup hot water (near boiling, for dissolving)

1 tsp fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (ACV)

Optional: 1 tsp honey or a few drops liquid stevia

Optional: pinch Himalayan pink salt

Optional: replace water with unsweetened herbal tea (chamomile/green tea)

For cubes (optional): small glass dish or silicone mold`

Instructions

Add gelatin to the cold water and let it bloom for 2–3 minutes until spongy.

Pour in the hot water and whisk until the gelatin fully dissolves and the liquid turns clear.

Stir in lemon juice or ACV. Sweeten with honey or stevia if desired; add a tiny pinch of pink salt.

Choose your format: sip warm 15–30 minutes before a meal, or pour into a dish/mold.

Chill 1–2 hours until softly set. Cut into 8–10 cubes if using a dish.

Enjoy before lunch or dinner to encourage fullness and calmer appetite.

Notes

Start with one serving daily. Increase to two if it suits your routine.

Stick with unflavored gelatin; skip flavored Jell-O (added sugar and dyes).

For vegan diets, use agar-agar (start with 1 tsp powder per cup of liquid).

Flavor upgrades: use herbal tea base, add citrus zest, or swirl a little fruit purée.

This is an appetite tool, not a meal replacement or fat burner; pair with balanced meals.
