- 1 lb Fresh Asparagus
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the woody ends of the asparagus.
- Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Give it all a toss.
- Add a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
- Plate up and dust with more Parmesan for presentation.
Notes
Experiment with flavors by adding chili flakes or lemon zest. Great as leftovers in an omelet!
