Elevate your vegetable game with this simple and classy Parmesan Asparagus that transforms an ordinary vegetable into a flavorful delight.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Asparagus
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the woody ends of the asparagus.
  3. Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Give it all a toss.
  4. Add a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
  5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
  6. Plate up and dust with more Parmesan for presentation.

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding chili flakes or lemon zest. Great as leftovers in an omelet!
