Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl, stirring well.
  2. Add maple syrup or honey and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes to thicken.
  4. Brew a shot of strong coffee or espresso.
  5. Mix cocoa powder and brewed coffee in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Incorporate mascarpone cheese into the coffee-cocoa mixture until well blended.
  7. Layer chia pudding and tiramisu mixture in a mason jar, repeating until filled.
  8. Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
