- 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
- 1 Bell Pepper of each color, sliced
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Garlic Powder, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, then add the diced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and seasoning of choice. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir and cook until the veggies are tender, around 5 minutes.
- Lower heat to medium-low. Pour in the heavy cream and add the remaining butter. Stir until well combined and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot in the skillet, ideally paired with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread to soak up the sauce.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider grilled chicken and half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
