A Southern classic featuring tender, shredded chicken cooked with zesty ranch seasoning and spicy pepperoncini peppers, all prepared effortlessly in a Crockpot.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 to 2 pounds)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers, either whole or sliced.
- Slice the unsalted butter into chunks and scatter over the chicken and seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Notes
Adjust salt and pepper to taste before serving. Great served over rice, mashed potatoes, or in a sandwich.
