- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- Sugar for coating (powdered sugar)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Chill the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out about 2 tablespoons for each cookie, roll them into balls, and toss in powdered sugar.
- Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack or plate to cool completely.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in chocolate chips, nuts, or shredded coconut.
