Description

Indulge in these no-bake sugar cookie truffles that combine the sweetness of sugar cookies with a creamy chocolate coating, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar cookies (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles or crushed cookies (for decoration)
  • Optional: Vanilla extract
  • Optional: Almond extract
  • Optional: Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor or a ziplock bag until fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, blend the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white or dark chocolate and coat each chilled cookie ball in chocolate, then sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed cookies.
  5. Allow the truffles to set on the baking sheet or refrigerate to harden the chocolate.

Notes
