- 1 cup sugar cookies (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles or crushed cookies (for decoration)
- Optional: Vanilla extract
- Optional: Almond extract
- Optional: Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor or a ziplock bag until fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, blend the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt white or dark chocolate and coat each chilled cookie ball in chocolate, then sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed cookies.
- Allow the truffles to set on the baking sheet or refrigerate to harden the chocolate.
