Instructions
- Wash strawberries and dry them thoroughly, keeping the stems intact.
- Chop chocolate into small pieces.
- Melt the chocolate using your method of choice:
- Microwave: heat in 20โ30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Double boiler: simmer water in a pot, place a heatproof bowl over it, and stir until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place on parchment.
- Add optional toppings immediately.
- Chill for 10โ20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Notes
For best results, pat strawberries dry to avoid chocolate seizing. Chill berries for 10-15 minutes before dipping.
