- 2 ¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened at room temperature)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Sprinkles of Your Choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mix, beating well on low speed.
- Fold in the sprinkles.
- Scoop a tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, then flatten slightly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle some extra sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden but the centers still look soft.
- Transfer them to a cooling rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Stack the cookies and garnish as desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
