Description

Delicious stacked sprinkle cookies, perfect for holiday gatherings and sweet celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened at room temperature)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Sprinkles of Your Choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set it aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars together until fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mix, beating well on low speed.
  6. Fold in the sprinkles.
  7. Scoop a tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, then flatten slightly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Repeat, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Sprinkle some extra sprinkles on top.
  10. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden but the centers still look soft.
  11. Transfer them to a cooling rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
  12. Stack the cookies and garnish as desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
