Description
A comforting and hearty beef noodle casserole baked with sour cream, cheese, and egg noodles for a delightful one-dish meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onions until no longer pink, draining excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, drained noodles, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup. Add half of the cheese and combine.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
