- Salt and pepper (to taste)

- 1–2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions
- Allow the turkey breast to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and herbs on both sides.
- Optional: Sear the turkey breast in a hot skillet with a bit of oil for added flavor.
- Place the seasoned turkey inside the slow cooker.
- Pour in the broth to keep the turkey moist.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
