  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 12 cups of chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Allow the turkey breast to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and herbs on both sides.
  3. Optional: Sear the turkey breast in a hot skillet with a bit of oil for added flavor.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey inside the slow cooker.
  5. Pour in the broth to keep the turkey moist.
