Instructions

  1. Prep the Beef: Trim any excess fat and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the Beef: (Optional) Quickly sear the beef on all sides until golden brown.
  3. Toss Everything in the Slow Cooker: Place the seared beef into the slow cooker with broth, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger.
