A magical and comforting slow-cooked beef and noodle dish that fills your home with delicious aromas and tastes even better the next day.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Season the beef with salt and pepper, and sear each side until brown (about 4-5 minutes per side).
- Place the onions and garlic at the bottom of your slow cooker. Add the seared beef on top and pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle the Italian seasoning. Add the carrots.
- Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, open the lid and add the egg noodles and frozen peas. Stir everything together and cover.
- Once done, serve in bowls, and add parsley if desired.
Notes
Leftovers taste even better the next day. For thickness, mix cornstarch with water and stir in during the last 15 minutes. Customize your veggies as desired.
