Description
A flavorful and juicy steak topped with a creamy Cowboy Butter, combining herbs, spices, and a hint of citrus.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil (just a drizzle!)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Pat the steaks dry and generously season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill or skillet. Grill the steaks for about 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting for desired doneness. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice the Cowboy Butter log and slather it onto the warm steaks before serving.
Notes
Choose ribeye for marbling. Allow steaks to rest for juicy results.
