Description

A flavorful and juicy steak topped with a creamy Cowboy Butter, combining herbs, spices, and a hint of citrus.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil (just a drizzle!)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Pat the steaks dry and generously season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet. Grill the steaks for about 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting for desired doneness. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Slice the Cowboy Butter log and slather it onto the warm steaks before serving.
