A quick and satisfying sheet pan dinner featuring juicy sausage, roasted sweet potatoes, and a delightful honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 2–3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1 lb sausage (Italian, chicken, or turkey)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop the sweet potatoes into roughly equal-sized pieces.
- Mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange on one side of a sheet pan.
- Lay the sausage pieces on the other side of the sheet pan.
- Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over both the sweet potatoes and sausage.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Notes
Optional: Add broccoli florets during the last 10 minutes of baking for added greens.
