Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to make the filling.
- Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each triangle, then fold and seal.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add chicken broth, whisking to avoid lumps, and cook until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in shredded Parmesan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
