- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1–2 sliced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Prep the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.
- Pour salsa over the seasoned chicken in a large baking dish and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle sliced peppers on top and add shredded cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Top with optional toppings and serve with rice, tortillas, or a fresh salad.
