Ingredients

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 12 sliced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
