Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse your asparagus under cold water and pat them dry. Trim the woody ends.
- Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the asparagus.
- Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes until tender and cheese is golden.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the asparagus for a couple of minutes at the end of roasting. You can add garlic or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
