Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the asparagus by bending the ends until they snap.
- Prepare the tomatoes by rinsing and halving them.
- Mix the asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil in a large bowl, coating everything evenly.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, monitoring for tenderness.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the veggies in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
