Description

Delightful cookies combining the tartness of raspberries with rich chocolate chunks for a flavor explosion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks and raspberries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and consider chilling the dough for enhanced flavor and texture.
