Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks and raspberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
