Delicious meatballs paired with a sweet and tangy cranberry barbecue sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 jar (about 16 oz) cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix gently with hands.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs for about 20 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce. Stir until simmering.
- Toss cooked meatballs in the cranberry barbecue sauce until well coated. Serve immediately or keep warm on the stove.
Notes
For a fancy touch, add a sprig of parsley on top for decoration.
