Instructions

  3. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then mix into the wet ingredients.

  6. Create the caramel layer by melting brown sugar and butter in a skillet, then adding pineapple for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Assemble cookie dough on a baking sheet, topping each with the pineapple mixture.
