Ingredients
- Fresh salmon fillets
- Fresh pineapple or canned pineapple rings
- Soy sauce
- Honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Prepare the Pineapple Glaze by chopping fresh pineapple or draining canned pineapple and mixing it with soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a splash of the pineapple glaze; marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C) and cook the salmon, skin-side down for 6-8 minutes if grilling, or 12-15 minutes if baking, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
- Finish by drizzling leftover glaze on top and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve it up with rice or veggies.
