  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it up into smaller pieces.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until onion is translucent.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and add the diced tomatoes, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Add ditalini pasta and cook according to package directions (about 8-10 minutes).
