- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up into smaller pieces.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until they soften.
- Add the chicken broth, elbow macaroni, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well and bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted, then serve with desired toppings.
Notes
