Ingredients

- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream

- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: a sprinkle of parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables in olive oil until tender.
- Add shredded chicken and spices, stirring to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
- Season to taste and optionally add parsley.
