Instructions
- Use a large, heavy-bottomed pot and melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the broth, then add the pasta directly into the pot.
- Bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with parsley before serving.
