A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, buttery garlic flavor, and delicious noodles.
Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, for garnishing
- Optional: Spinach or kale, cherry tomatoes, peppers
Instructions
- Chop the garlic finely and slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat and add chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil, then add the noodles.
- Cover and cook according to noodle package instructions (about 8-10 minutes).
- Once noodles are tender, check for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Finish with a pat of butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley or basil. Pair with a light side salad or garlic bread.
