Description

A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, buttery garlic flavor, and delicious noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, for garnishing
  • Optional: Spinach or kale, cherry tomatoes, peppers

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic finely and slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat and add chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil, then add the noodles.
  5. Cover and cook according to noodle package instructions (about 8-10 minutes).
  6. Once noodles are tender, check for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Finish with a pat of butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley or basil. Pair with a light side salad or garlic bread.
