Description
A natural Mounjaro tea recipe made with apple cider vinegar, ginger, lemon, and cinnamon to help support fat-burning, reduce appetite, and regulate blood sugar.
Ingredients
2 cups filtered water
2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
Pinch pink salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil filtered water and remove from heat.
2. Add grated ginger and cinnamon; steep for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and pink salt.
4. Strain if needed and sip warm.
5. Drink daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Start with ½ tsp ACV if you’re new to it and increase gradually.
You may cold-brew overnight for a milder version.
