This Master Cleanse Recipe mixes fresh lemon juice, pure maple syrup, cayenne, and water into the classic lemonade cleanse drink.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 pinch cayenne pepper (about 1/10 teaspoon)
8–10 ounces filtered water
Instructions
1. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice into a large glass.
2. Add the maple syrup.
3. Add a small pinch of cayenne pepper.
4. Pour in the filtered water.
5. Stir well until the syrup dissolves, then drink right away.
