Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. Mix the maple syrup, Sriracha, and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce until coated evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Drizzle with any leftover sauce and garnish before serving.
