Instructions
- Mix all the chicken apple patty ingredients in a large bowl and shape into burger-sized patties.
- Chill the patties in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Whisk together maple syrup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar to make the sauce.
- Preheat the grill or skillet to medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until they reach 165°F internal temperature.
