Instructions
- Prep the potatoes by washing and peeling them, then slicing into fry shapes.
- Soak the cut fries in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to about 350°F, then fry the potatoes in batches for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the voodoo seasoning over the hot fries and toss to coat evenly.
