Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave/honey)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk gently until everything is mixed nicely.
  3. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, and stir well.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to a mason jar.
