Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 ½ cups almond flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Optional: Everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or prepare silicone mold.
Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add cottage cheese and eggs; stir into a thick dough.
Shape into 6 rings or use a mold.
Add desired toppings and gently press them in.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
Toast before serving for best texture.
