Ingredients
Scale
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup (8 ounces) warm water
Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice or pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Heat water until warm but not boiling
2. Add gelatin powder to warm water
3. Stir continuously for 30–60 seconds until dissolved
4. Let cool slightly and drink before meals
Notes
Drink 20–30 minutes before meals
Do not exceed 1–2 servings per day
