This Japanese pink salt recipe for weight loss helps detoxify, reduce bloating, and support digestion naturally when consumed in the morning.
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon Japanese pink salt (unrefined)
1 cup warm filtered water
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: 1/8 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
Warm the water to about 105°F (not boiling).
Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and ginger if using.
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Follow with a glass of plain water after 30 minutes.
Notes
Use only sea-harvested Japanese or Himalayan pink salt.
Consume 3–5 times per week.
Avoid if on a sodium-restricted diet.
Can be alternated with other detox drinks.
