Description
A traditional Japanese Mounjaro recipe made with matcha, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and pink salt—perfect for natural fat-burning and metabolic support.
Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)
Pinch of pink salt
Instructions
Heat water to 175°F (not boiling).
Whisk matcha in 2 tbsp of warm water until smooth.
Add grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Add remaining warm water and stir gently.
Finish with a pinch of pink salt.
Drink 20–30 minutes before your first meal.
Notes
For caffeine-free version, replace matcha with chamomile.
For fat-burn boost, add a pinch of cayenne or squeeze of lemon.
Drink daily for at least 2 weeks to notice full results.
