Ingredients

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Red Onion
  • Italian Dressing

  • Fresh Basil or Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
  2. Add bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes).
  3. While pasta cooks, chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and any optional add-ins.
  4. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chopped veggies, and mozzarella balls.
  6. Drizzle with Italian dressing and mix well.
  7. Chill the salad in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
