- 12 ounces udon noodles (fresh or dried)
- 1 pound ground turkey
- Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- Green onions for garnish
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds or sriracha
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Chop up your vegetables, garlic, and ginger while noodles are cooking.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle sesame oil and add ground turkey. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir until fragrant.
- Toss in chopped vegetables and soy sauce; cook for another 3-5 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Drain the udon noodles and add them to the skillet. Mix everything together for a couple of minutes.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with green onions and optional toppings.
Notes
Customize with your choice of vegetables or protein. Avoid overcooking the noodles for the best texture.
