Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • Sea salt flakes for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients without over-mixing.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and salted caramel sauce to create a marble effect.
  6. Scoop dollops of dough onto a prepared cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt on top while warm.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
